About us
Bosse International Inc., founded in 2012, is a management consulting firm focused on property management and business development. Since 2014, it has supported ventures in property management, electronics, algorithmic trading, and biotech.
Principal F.R. Bosse holds the Blue Ocean Practical Introduction™ (2020, ID 19784304) and CMC designation (2021, ID 65451566). The firm has offered Ontario lobbying services since 2023 (CL10272).
CMC is the consulting profession's only international certification, recognized in 40+ countries, and signifies high standards and ethical adherence.
Commitment to ethics
Bosse International Inc. prioritizes ethics, privacy, IP/trade secrets, and NDAs on all contracts. It addresses CSR or conflicts of interest as needed.
Since 2020, it has followed the CMC Code of Professional Conduct. The principal's ethics training includes:
- Military: CF Code of Values and Ethics (2004–2013), Army Ethics Program (2012), RMC Military Professionalism and Ethics (2008).
- Academic: HEC-Montréal CSR (2013), University of Victoria Ethics in PR (2014).
- Professional: CMC Code (2020) and Ethical Behaviour best practices (2020) for CMC certification.
